TBEAI Consortium Holds Monthly Meeting to Advance Project Implementation

The consortium partners of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project
“Transforming Business Education with AI in the Western Balkans” (TBEAI) held their regular monthly
consortium meeting to review the progress of ongoing activities and coordinate the next steps in the
implementation of the project.
The meeting brought together representatives of the partner institutions to discuss key developments
across the project and ensure continued coordination among consortium members. Particular attention
was given to activities related to the development of the infrastructure and resources required to
support the project’s objectives and strengthen the capacity of higher education institutions in the
Western Balkans to integrate Artificial Intelligence into business education.
One of the key topics discussed during the meeting was the procurement process for the equipment
that will be used to establish the AI Hubs within the partner institutions. The AI Hubs represent an
important component of the TBEAI project, providing the necessary technological environment and
resources to support teaching, learning, innovation, collaboration, and the practical application of
Artificial Intelligence in higher education.
During the discussion, project partners provided updates on the current status of the equipment
procurement process at their respective institutions. They shared information on the stages that have
already been completed, ongoing procedures, and the progress achieved so far, while also discussing
the next steps required to advance the procurement and prepare the institutions for the establishment
and operationalization of the AI Hubs.
The exchange of information among partners provided an opportunity to identify common challenges,
share experiences, and coordinate approaches to ensure that the procurement activities are
implemented effectively and in accordance with the project’s objectives and requirements.
In addition to the procurement process, the consortium reviewed other ongoing project activities and
discussed upcoming tasks, priorities, and deadlines. The meeting further contributed to strengthening
communication and cooperation among the partner institutions and ensuring a coordinated approach to
the implementation of the project at regional level.
The regular consortium meetings remain an important mechanism for monitoring progress, exchanging
expertise, addressing implementation-related issues, and maintaining effective collaboration
throughout the TBEAI project.
Through the continued efforts of its consortium partners, TBEAI is working towards creating stronger
institutional capacities, modern learning environments, and new opportunities for the responsible and
effective integration of Artificial Intelligence into business education across the Western Balkans.
